50 MHz was dead in Europe in the morning. No sigs from Hams,
nothing on TV. Later in the morning MUF was rising very quick in the
north-west Mediterranean area and at 09:49 short burst from I8
into F and EA. Few minutes later EA1 and F made I8 from IM88.
Than we had a short break for some 20 minutes while the cloud
was moving slowly north-west. MUF was up again and short and
spotty openings took place from CT and EA into DL, HB9, OE and
I.
Later in the afternoon another cloud was active in the east (again above
Romania) for very short 144 opening from S5 and YU into UA6,
just for a few minutes. That time MUF was also pretty high
above DL bringing French BC into the Baltic region up to 108
MHZ while OIRT-TV #5 was booming in DL at 94 MHz.
